Traffic Advisory via HRP Halifax Regional Police are on scene of a Motor Vehicle vs Pedestrian Collision on Barrington St/ Artz St. The ramp from Barrington St to Dartmouth on the Macdonald Bridge is closed for vehicle traffic. HRP is requesting the public remain away from the area.
