Shelburne RCMP is on Bowers Ln. in Birchtown in assistance to EHS
RCMP officers learned that two men, known to one another, suffered injuries during an incident. Please avoid the area, as officers continue to gather information. At this time, there’s no risk to the public.

Update: Four persons of interest have safely been arrested. Residents should expect an increase police presence in the area, as officers continue to gather information and evidence.
At this time, there are no road closures. Avoid the area.
RCMP is in Upper Musquodoboit on Hwy 224, near the 8800 block, investigating a report of gun shots. No injuries reported at this time.
Avoid the area to allow officers to do their work. At this time, there’s no risk to the public.
