In photos – The Cove open house took place in Dartmouth today, showcasing many technologies and sharing information about our oceans and the studies held at the facility.
Touch tanks showed off some of our very own aquatic life right here in Halifax and an audio tank let you hear what some of the life sounds like. Information displays and technology displays entertained the crowd and face painting and games pleased the youth on hand.
A display from the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic and music coupled with tasty snacks and a BBQ completed the experience.
This is an annual event. We look forward to next year!
