These events happen throughout the month of October across so many communities!
These events offer a safe option for younger and more sensitive youth to experience the fun of trick or treating in a smaller and familiar setting.
With many of the participants dressing up and decorating their vehe, there’s a nice authentic feel for all involved.
And thank you to the participating HRP officers today.
Along with allowing youth to see a real Police car up close, the bag of Doritos was much appreciated!
