The fencing around the Geary St green space in Dartmouth has been removed in preparation of the return of a homeless encampment which was closed months ago.
City council has approved several new homeless encampment spaces recently as homelessness grows in the city. Several other locations include the Farrell St park and some sources say Point Pleasant park.
