Responding officers have determined there is no threat, and it’s safe for the immediate neighbours who were evacuated as a precaution to return to their homes. Canterbury Ln. has reopened.

Update: Halifax Regional RCMP Detachment investigating threat
Halifax Regional RCMP Detachment remains in the 100 block of Canterbury Ln., Fall River, investigating a threat at a residence.
There is no one inside the home. Immediate neighbours have been evacuated as a precaution; the threat has not been substantiated.
Canterbury Ln. is closed and the public is asked to continue to avoid the area to allow officers and fellow first responders to do their work.
