Halifax SAR with #SARPartners are currently active on a search in the Spryfield area of the Halifax Regional Municipality.
We would encourage residents and businesses in the area to check video systems on Friday evening and this morning for the Sebastian Marquis. He is believed to be travelling with several blankets, and a cane.

Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person.
Sebastian Marquis DOB:1974-12-09 has been reported missing by his family. Sebastian was last seen in the area of Greystone Dr., Halifax at 6:00 p.m. on Friday December 15th, 2023. Sebastian is described as a Caucasian man, 49 years old with long brown/grey hair. There is no clothing description available.
There is no concern for public safety and there is no concern of foul play. Halifax Regional Police and Sebastian’s family are concerned for his well-being.
Halifax Regional Police request that anyone with information on Sebastian Marquis’s whereabouts please call Halifax Regional Police at 902-490-5020.

Missing Person
Halifax Regional Police are continuing to seek the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Sebastian Marquis DOB:1974-12-09 has been reported missing by his family. Sebastian was last seen in the area of Greystone Dr., Halifax at 6:00 p.m. on Friday December 15th, 2023. Sebastian is described as a Caucasian man, 49 years old with long brown/grey hair. There is no clothing description and believed to be carrying two white blankets and a walking stick. He is also known to frequent the Lower Sackville area and areas surrounding the Sackville River.
There is no concern for public safety and there is no concern of foul play. Halifax Regional Police and Sebastian’s family are concerned for his well-being as he requires his medication.
