Yesterday was the sixth edition of the ‘Stuff A Helicopter’ toy drive at EHS LifeFlight, in partnership with Jack Sperry and family, and it was a huge success!

Jack started the annual tradition of giving back as a way to honour the memory of his late brother, Owen, who passed away in 2013.

The donated items – and there was quite a lot of it – are destined for IWK Health, Phoenix Youth Programs, The Marguerite Centre, Feed Nova Scotia, a local long-term care home in Bridgewater, and other community groups helping unhoused individuals.

The generosity on display yesterday from all involved was truly inspiring! But it isn’t a one-day event – planning and shopping for next year’s drive begins in earnest on December 27. This is an amazing annual partnership that helps put smiles on the faces of lots of people during the holidays!
