Police issue 113 tickets for speeding and other vehicle-related offences
This week the Halifax Regional Police Traffic Unit issued 113 tickets in relation to speeding and other motor vehicle-related offences.
Monday to Wednesday, members of the HRP Traffic Unit issued 113 summary offence tickets: 10 for speeding, 22 for no insurance 18 for using a cell phone while driving and 63 for other offences including, faulty equipment, invalid inspections and driving without a license.
We all have a role to play in keeping our roads safe. If you see someone driving dangerously, report it to police by calling 911.
