**** Truro Police Release
The Truro Police Service Criminal Investigation Division have arrested and charged 1 youth (male) and 1 adult male for armed robbery
The robbery occurred on November 15, 2021, at 0100 hrs at the Circle K on Willow St. and has been under investigation since that time.
As a result of a thorough investigation the suspects have been identified and the appropriate evidence gathered.
The youth, who cannot be named, is from Colchester County and was 16 years old at the time of the offence.
The adult, Brenton Watson 20 years old, is from Hilden.
The charges are using a firearm to commit a robbery. Both have been released from custody and will appear in Truro Court at a later date.
