Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant

West Hants RCMP Detachment has obtained a warrant for the arrest for a man charged with numerous offences relating to incidents in March and July 2020.

Justin Eugene States,​ 30, of Windsor, is charged with:

  • ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​Possession of Cannabis for the Purpose of Distribution – Section 9(2) CA;
  • ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​Possession of Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling – Section 10(2) CA;
  • ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​Possession of Illicit Cannabis – Section 8(1)(b) CA;
  • ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 – Section 354(1)(a) CC;
  • ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​Failure to Appear in Court – Section 145(4)(b) CC

Police have made several attempts to locate Justin States, however are requesting assistance from the public.
