Halifax District RCMP is asking for the public’s help to identify two persons of interest.

On June 22, at approximately 8:10 p.m., police observed an ATV with two occupants on Highway 277 in Dutch Settlement near Carroll’s Corner. Police activated their emergency equipment to stop the ATV for Off-Highway Vehicle Act offences, but the driver refused to stop.

The driver is described as a white male wearing a black helmet, and the passenger is described as a white female, who was also wearing a black helmet. The ATV is yellow in color.
