NS SPCA Adoptable – Lucy

Meet Lucy, a sweet 1-year-old Amstaff who dreams of nothing more than curling up at your feet, cozy and content. Whether it’s after a fun walk or a lively game of fetch, her wagging tail will show you just how much she loves being close to her people, offering and receiving affection.

Lucy can be a little cautious with new faces and situations, so she appreciates slow introductions. Give her time to warm up, and she’ll become your loyal, lifelong friend. Though she has mild hip dysplasia, she doesn’t require medication at this time. She would thrive in an adult-only home, where she can maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle to stay feeling her best.

Lucy is looking for a calm, patient home where she can feel safe and secure, with someone who understands her more reserved nature. Her favorite part of the day? Curling up in her favorite spot for a peaceful nap, knowing she’s surrounded by family and love. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who just needs time to trust, Lucy might be your perfect match!

Interested in adding Lucy to your family? We’re so excited for you! Come by the Dartmouth SPCA shelter at 5 Scarfe Crt to meet her.
