She Is Hope for Wildlife
Come and join us for a ‘wild’ afternoon celebrating the official launch of Wanda Baxter & Leah Boudreau’s latest book, She is Hope for Wildlife: The Story of Wildlife Rescuer Hope Swinimer.
***This is a FREE ticketed event, please select as many tickets as needed for your full party. This will help us ensure we have enough space & supplies for everyone. Ticket gains entry to event area. Copies of She is Hope for Wildlife can be purchased at the store prior to entering the signing line.***
The event begins at 1 PM
Wanda will read an excerpt from She is Hope for Wildlife and proceed to a signing. Book illustrator Leah Boudreau will have fun activities for the kids. Following that, George Ryan, Senior Education Coordinator for Hope for Wildlife, will give a presentation on wildlife rehabilitation. He will be joined by Arielle, one of Hope for Wildlife’s beautiful barred owls.
Wanda will be signing copies of her book and donations can be brought for Hope for Wildlife, a registered charity.
