Update: Missing person located
The 16-year-old who was reported missing from Pictou County on September 2 has been located and is safe.
The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

Missing person: Help the RCMP find Kait-Lynn (Alex) Bezanson
Pictou District RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate 16-year-old Kait-Lynn (Alex) Bezanson who was last seen on September 2 at 2 p.m. in New Glasgow.
Bezanson is described as being Caucasian, 5-foot-1, approximately 150 pounds, with short orange hair and green eyes. She was wearing a white shirt and grey pants.
When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
