UPDATE: Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested

Justin Daniel Graham, 30, who was wanted out of Pictou County on a province-wide arrest warrant, has been arrested.

Graham was arrested today in New Glasgow by the Pictou County Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit (SCEU), with assistance from the Pictou County District RCMP, New Glasgow Regional Police, the Nova Scotia RCMP Emergency Response Team, and Nova Scotia RCMP Police Dog Services.

Graham is being held in custody and will appear in Pictou Provincial Court on June 18 at 9:30 a.m.

Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant

Pictou County District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.

Justin Daniel Graham, 30, from Pictou County, is presently wanted for Assault, Uttering Threats, Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance, Flight from a Peace Officer, and Operation while Prohibited.

Graham is described as 5-foot-10, 180lbs. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes.

Graham is known to frequent Pictou, Colchester, Hants, and Cumberland counties.

Investigators have made several attempts to locate Graham and are requesting assistance from the public.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Justin Daniel Graham is asked to not approach him and to contact the Pictou County District RCMP at 902-485-4333.
