UPDATE: Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested
Michael Clyburn, 42, who was wanted out of New Glasgow on a province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested.
Clyburn is being held in custody and will be appearing in Pictou Provincial Court on June 11.
The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and shares on social media.

Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant
Pictou County District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Michael Clyburn, 42, of New Glasgow, has been charged with numerous offences following a robbery that occurred in Linacy on March 25. The charges include:
- Robbery to steal firearm
- Breaking and entering to steal firearm
- Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
- Possession contrary to order
- Unauthorized possession of firearm
- Possession of firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
- Assault
- Assault with a weapon
- Mischief
- Failure to comply with probation order
Clyburn is described as 6-foot-4, 260 lbs. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate Clyburn; however, investigators are requesting assistance from the public.
