UPDATE: Man wanted on Canada-Wide Arrest Warrant has been arrested in connection with the Home Invasion
Peel Regional Police arrested William Michael Gilmore also known as Liam Gilmore 19 years of age on a Canada Wide Warrant at a Brampton Ontario residence last night Sunday March 17 at 10:18 p.m., Eastern Time, without incident.
The arrest was in relation to the home invasion in New Glasgow that occurred on March 14, 2024, at approximately 4:56 p.m., on Albert Street, New Glasgow.
New Glasgow Regional Police Major Crime continues to investigate as this file remains active and ongoing.
The New Glasgow Regional Police would like to thank the public, media and our policing partners with the Peel Regional Police and RCMP in Nova Scotia for their assistance in the apprehension of the suspect in this home invasion.
