UPDATE: Missing woman found deceased
The 36-year-old Ruth Falls woman who was last seen at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, has been found deceased.

UPDAT 1:45 p.m.: Missing child found deceased
February 27, 2024, Ruth Falls, Nova Scotia… The 3-year-old boy who was last seen at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, has been found deceased. He was located by search teams near the remains of the 36-year-old woman who was found earlier today.
At this time, the death is not believed to be suspicious in nature; however; the investigation is ongoing.
