Police charge man in relation to search
Police have charged a man after a search of a residence in Halifax yesterday.
At approximately 12:50 p.m., members of the Quick Response Unit along with Central Division Patrol members conducted a search of a residence on Cragg Avenue in Halifax. Investigators seized a quantity of cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, hydromorphone, cannabis resin and three replica firearms. A man was arrested at the scene without incident.
A 49-year-old man will appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date to face five counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
