Cumberland County District RCMP is investigating a theft of tools from a vehicle parked on Blair Lake Rd. in Upper Nappan. On December 13, 2022, at approximately 2 a.m., two people were observed arriving in a Kia Soul to steal power tools from a parked Bylaw truck.

On December 21, 2022, a Kia Soul, matching the same description, was observed on McCully St. in Amherst where a Ford F-450 was stolen. Later that same day the vehicle was located in Fenwick NS.
