Kings District RCMP continue to investigate the disappearance of Mark Clarke

Tomorrow will mark 10 years since Mark Clarke disappeared in Kings County.

On February 4, 2013, Mark Clarke, who is from Hillaton, was reported missing to the Kings District RCMP. Clarke was last seen at about 12 p.m. that day on the corner of Aberdeen St. and Main St. in Kentville. Clarke was described as white, 5-foot-10, 160lbs, brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a canvas winter coat, brown hiking boots, jeans and gloves. Clarke also had a full goatee and long sideburns.

Over the years there have been many sightings of Clarke that proved to be unfounded. Investigators have obtained numerous statements, conducted ground and aerial searches, and followed up on tips as they have been received.

The investigation is still open and investigators are hopeful that someone has information that could help move the investigation forward.
