Man wanted on witness warrant located
The man wanted on a witness warrant whom police requested the public’s help in finding turned himself in to Toronto Police Service over the weekend. Halifax Regional Police officers returned the man to Halifax on Sunday.

Police request public’s assistance locating man wanted on witness warrant
Investigators with the Special Investigations Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a Canada-wide Warrant for Witness.
Pookiel McCabe is wanted on a Canada-wide Warrant for Witness in the Supreme Court case against William Michael Sandeson who is facing a first-degree murder charge in the 2015 death of Taylor Samson. The Warrant for Witness was issued for evading service of a subpoena. Police have been attempting to find Mr. McCabe but have not been able to locate him.
Police believe that Pookiel McCabe is currently residing in Toronto, Ontario. Police are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 902-490-5020.
