Police investigate suspicious fire

Police are investigating a suspicious fire that occurred in Halifax early this morning.

At approximately 2 a.m. police and Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency responded to a fire at the exterior of a building in the 3300 block of Desmond Avenue. Firefighters extinguished the fire and there were no reported injuries.

Investigators believe the fire was deliberately set and are asking anyone with information about the incident or video from the area to call police at 902-490-5020.
