Traffic Delay – Sackville Christmas Tree Lighting
Location: Sackville Drive, in front of Acadia Hall
Date: Friday, Nov. 25 Saturday, Nov. 26
Time: 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Details: In order to accommodate the 15th annual Sackville Christmas Tree Lighting, the parking lot at 650 Sackville Drive, which includes the Sackville Public Library and Acadia Hall, will be closed from 4 to 8 p.m.
Traffic impact: Residents should expect slowed traffic, limited parking and significant crowds during the event. The RCMP will also close Sackville Drive, between Acadia Lane and Sackville Cross Road, at 8 p.m. for approximately 10 minutes to allow crowds to safely exit.
