Activity Loops recalled due to choking hazard

Issue

Tubes on the activity toy may come loose, releasing small parts that are a choking hazard.

 

As of May 13, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the Unites States, the company has received 3 reports of incidents and no reports of injuries.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Activity Loop.  Consumers can return product to place of purchase, or contact Manhattan Toy, for a refund or credit.

To arrange to return the product contact Manhattan Group LLC at 1-800-541-1345, Monday through Thursday between 8 AM and 4 PM (CST) and Friday between 8 AM and noon (CST).
