Maximum wind gusts: 40 km/h except 60 along parts of the coast.
Locations: southern mainland Nova Scotia
Time span: Friday morning, ending Friday night
Remarks: Snow is expected to begin over southwestern Nova Scotia Friday morning and then spread eastward during the day. The highest snowfall amounts are expected to be in Yarmouth, Shelburne and Queens counties.
