**** Truro Police Release
This afternoon, Wednesday, January 19th, during a traffic stop on Young St in Truro, the Truro Police Service arrested Marcus Michael Denny, 22 years old, from Pictou Landing First Nation.
The Truro Police Service had an active warrant for Marcus Denny for being an accessory after the fact in the homicide of Prabhjot Singh Katri in September 2021.
Marcus Denny also had multiple arrest warrants for violent offences in Pictou and Colchester Counties.
Marcus Denny will remain in the custody of the Truro Police Service as the Criminal Investigation Division continues to investigate.
