Traffic Delays – Majestic Monarch Rivendale Residents Holiday Parade

Date: Sunday, Dec. 19
Time: 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Details: Traffic delays will be in place to facilitate the Majestic Monarch Rivendale Residents Holiday Parade.
Traffic impact: Traffic delays are expected as the parade travels through the community. The parade will begin at on Majestic Avenue, and proceed along Monarch Drive, Joan Drive, Rivendale Drive, Whitewood Way, Brackendale Lane, Maplewood Court, Frostview Way, Burden Boulevard, Oleary Drive, Cardinal Lane, Rebecca Drive, Wessex Hill, Galloway Drive, Kenneth Drive, and Amadee Drive.
The event will be escorted, and traffic controlled by Royal Canadian Mounted Police. There will be street closures for the parade route and some adjacent streets, beginning at 1 p.m.. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
