On November 27 at approximately 1:40 p.m., a man entered a grocery store in Port Hawkesbury and placed $3,400 worth of razor blades in a reusable grocery bag.
The man then left out without paying. On November 30 at approximately 4:30 p.m., the same man entered a drug store in Port Hawkesbury and placed $1,172 of electric toothbrushes in a reusable grocery bag. The man then left without paying.
