Halifax District RCMP investigating home invasion
Halifax District RCMP is investigating after a home invasion on Big Hubley Lake Dr. in Hubley.
At 1:30 p.m. today, police were dispatched to a complaint of a home invasion on Big Hubley Lake Dr. Police attended immediately and learned that the home invasion had occurred two hours prior, around 11:30 a.m. The victim said that a man had broken into their home and assaulted them with a knife. The suspect was in the home for 15 minutes before fleeing in an unknown vehicle. The victim suffered minor injuries and did not want medical treatment.
