Police investigating stabbing in Halifax
Members of the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating a stabbing that occurred this evening in Halifax.
At approximately 8:21 p.m. Halifax Regional Police patrol members responded to a report of a male who had been stabbed at the Chocolate Lake Beach in Halifax. Officers located an 27-year-old male suffering from a stab wound. The male was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Members of the Forensic Identification Unit are currently on scene along with patrol officers.
Updates on the investigation will be provided when available.
