Police are looking for a missing youth in the Williamswood area of Halifax Regional Municipality.
At approximately 11 a.m. yesterday police received a report of a missing person.
A 16-year-old youth from Williamswood was last seen in a wooded area near Sarah Ingraham Drive in Williamswood.
Ground Search and Rescue has been called to assist with the search. We ask the public to remain out of the area to allow for the search to be conducted.
There is no information to suggest that there are any suspicious circumstances, however, the youth’s family and police are concerned for their well-being.
