All HRCE schools will be closed today (February 16, 2021). Offices will open at 11 am.

Today’s decision was based on the following information:

• Forecast is calling for up to eight hours of freezing rain across the entire region;
• Surface road temperatures are expected to stay below freezing through the morning;
• Due to an expected accumulation of ice pellets and freezing rain, road and sidewalk conditions are expected to be poor for travel throughout the morning commute and into afternoon;
