Winter recreation programming returns beginning mid-January
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that winter recreation programs, including aquatics will be returning across the region.
Programs will be viewable online as of today on halifax.ca/myREC.
Registration begins at 10 a.m. each day for all ages:
- Wednesday, Jan. 6 – All dryland programs
- Thursday, Jan. 7 – Skating and aquatics programs
Participants are encouraged to register by phone at (902)-490-6666 or online. In-person registration is available at the following locations:
- George Dixon Community Centre
- Sackville Sports Stadium
- Musquodoboit Harbour Recreation Centre
- Findlay Community Centre
- Chocolate Lake Recreation Centre
- Captain William Spry Community Centre
