Police Investigate Robbery – Halifax

At 1:50 a.m., on the 5th of December, Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at the Irving gas station 280 Lacewood Drive, Halifax.​

Staff reported a male wearing all black entered and tackled the staff member to the floor and removed the cash register till.​ The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount money toward Willett Street.​ The staff member was not injured and no weapons were observed.​ Patrol officers and a Police Service Dog searched the area, but have not located the suspect.​ The suspect is described as:

Suspect – White male, 30’s, 6’0”, medium build.​ Wearing: Black mask, black jacket, black sweat pants.

Police Investigate Break & Enter – Dartmouth

At 3:00 a.m., on the 5th of December, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Break & Enter in progress into Glubes Sound Studio, 100 Main Street, Dartmouth.​ Suspects entered through a damaged the front window and took several stereo items and left in an unknown direction.​ There is no suspect information at this time.​

Police Investigate Break & Enter – Halifax

At 10:0 a.m., on the 4th of December, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Break & Enter in the 900 block of Ivanhoe Street, Halifax.​ Caller reported an unknown person entered a residential garage and stole a shotgun with a trigger lock.​ The shotgun was packed and stored the night prior in a vehicle for a hunting trip.​ There was no ammunition with the firearm.​ There is no suspect information at this time.
