Police respond to weapons call
Halifax Regional Police responded to a weapons call in Dartmouth.
At approximately 12:48 PM, police received a call of possible gun shots, officers arrived on scene in the area of the 100 block of Caledonia Road, Dartmouth, and located indications of a residence being shot at.
Members of the Integrated General Investigative Section, and the Forensic Identification Unit were on scene investigating the matter.
Traffic on Caledonia Road was restricted.
The investigation is in its preliminary stages and further information will be released when available.
