Police issue 75 tickets for speeding and other vehicle-related offences
This week the Halifax Regional Police Traffic Unit issued 75 tickets in relation to speeding and other motor vehicle-related offences.
Monday to Wednesday, members of the HRP Traffic Unit issued 75 summary offence tickets: 35 for speeding, 19 for no insurance and 21 for other offences including failing to stop at a red light, operating an unregistered vehicle, failing to obey traffic signs and driving with a revoked license.
We all have a role to play in keeping our roads safe. If you see someone driving dangerously, report it to police by calling 911.
