Water Service Advisory – Caldwell Road – Water Main Repair
Halifax Water crews are on-site working to repair a water main on Caldwell Road, Eastern Passage. Water service will be temporarily shut down between 1916 Caldwell Road and Cow Bay Road. This includes customers on Shamrock Court, Thorncrest Court, and Oceanview School Road. No estimate of service restoration.
There is stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
