UPDATE: Missing youth located
The 14-year-old youth who was reported missing from fall River on May 18 has been located and is safe.
The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

Halifax District RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Aidan Maguiness, who was last seen at 3 p.m. on May 17 in Fall River.
Maguiness is described as white, 5-foot-7, 130-140 pounds and has brown hair. Maguiness was last seen wearing a grey shirt, grey pants, a blue hoodie and carrying a grey backpack with a pillow and sleeping bag inside. He was last seen riding a blue bicycle with fat tires but the bicycle has been recovered in Fall River.
When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
