Missing Person: Ralph Borden Steven Laffin
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 58-year-old Halifax man.
Ralph Borden Steven Laffin, who goes by Steven, was last seen on March 25 in Halifax. He was reported missing to police on March 29.
Steven is described as a white man, 5’10”, 141 lbs. with gray hair and blue eyes.
There is no information to suggest that Steven has met with foul play, however, his family and police are concerned for his well-being.
