The Chinese Benevolent Association of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Chinese Society of Nova Scotia are always looking for opportunities to help their fellow Nova Scotians, especially during these uncharted times with the pandemic.
They have once again made several large donations to help during these trying times.
In excess of 3000 COVID 19 personal protective equipment that includes Safety goggles, isolation protective gowns and Examination masks were donated to:
HANS (HANS is Health Association of Nova Scotia. ): protective suits, safety goggles , medical face masks and ICU Doctor face masks！
Northwood Halifax: protective suits，safety goggles，ICU Doctor face masks.
Continuing Care Association of Nova Scotia (CCANS): protective suits，ICU Doctor face masks
Plus, they delivered additional PPE gear to other agencies.
Michael Ruan ( honorary president of Benevolent Association of Nova Scotia), Wilber Huang (Nova Scotia Chinese Society of NS) along with HRFE Richard Fong (Platoon Captain) made the deliveries of the much needed PPE gear.
