Missing person found deceased
A 74-year-old man from Guysborough who was reported missing yesterday evening has been located deceased.
Yesterday at 6:36 p.m. police were dispatched to a vehicle parked near the Boylston Bridge on Hwy. 16 in Boylston. With assistance from the Strait Ground Search and Rescue Team and Milford Haven Fire and Emergency Services, a missing person investigation started. At 7:20 a.m. this morning a 911 call was received of a body in the Milford River. The body was identified to be that of the missing person reported earlier approximately one kilometer from the parked vehicle.
The death is not believed to be suspicious in nature, however the investigation is ongoing
